How long does my order take?
Every piece is printed to order and finished by hand. Most orders ship within 5–9 business days; express shipping is available at checkout.
Are the pill keepers safe for supplements?
Our Pearl Collection is printed in food-contact-safe PETG with a removable liner. Keep medicines in their original packaging when travelling where required, and follow your pharmacist's advice.
What can I have engraved?
Up to 12 characters — initials, a short name or a date — engraved into the lid at no extra cost. Ritual Sets can be engraved with a name or a date.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Because each piece is made for you, engraved items can't be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives less than perfect, we'll repair or remake it — just write to us.
How do I care for it?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid the dishwasher and very hot water. The liner in our pill keepers can be removed and washed by hand.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to North America, Europe, the UK, the Gulf, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. Shipping is free from $150.
